Earlier this year, ACCLAIMED PRODUCTION were again asked by Missing Link Conference Company to come along side them to support them for a large conference at the Telford International Centre in Shropshire.
Working seemlessly with the Missing Link team, the ACCLAIMED PRODUCTION team provided creative lighting and accurate sound design solutions; equipment supply, rigging and operation as well as power distribution to all departments.
The sound design comprised of a line array speaker system to ensure every one of the 1000 delegates in the auditorium could hear the presenters, including many Olympic and Paralympic atheletes, clearly. A digital sound desk was used to help bring out the best in the numerous radio mics in use.
The lighting design comprised of even house lighting across the venue as well as lighting the stage with an even coverage of white light, assisting the live camera feeds fed to the main screens. The set was brought to life with an even wash of colour from LED battens and texture from moving lights.
The after-dinner entertainment came from four arial artists, who were lit from four follow-spots, supplied by Acclaimed, from the back of the room to ensure the audience didn't miss a thing as they performed at height on hoops and silks.
